What can i get to re attach my rear view mirror?

You need to make sure the area to which you are sticking the mirror is spotlessly clean. Once it is visibly clean, you should clean the area with white spirit and then clean with water afterwards. Then make sure it is totally dry. Only then will you be able to stick the mirror on and have a hope of it staying put.

What he said - only use isoprophyl - the agent used for cleaning circuit boards. Then wait for it to evaporate.. - I use this for cleaning mtb brake discs! If it is very very very clean even the halfords pads will work
Depends what car/mirror type it is for example, some earlier Fords used a double-sided sticky pad while the other, more common type is a mirror boss to which the mirror assy will fix to. The type of mirror also has a bearing on what type of glue is best.
