Hi all,

Got a rare weekend away from child and me and mrs cidered are at a hotel 'somewhere in north somerset' (its a suprise i'm told). Any good road tips for an early sunday morning blast in the R26? Would be a shame not to exploit rare opportunity to swap changing nappies for a proper drive!

Thanks in advance

I was going to say ... Exmoor is a reasonable bet outside of tourist season.

Some of the roads down near Longleat are pretty good, also around Cheddar as mentioned, or just pop over the bridge to Wales? Where abouts in North Somerst are you staying, if you wanna be more specific?
