On a side note this is probably the best programme on telly at the moment. Almost every scene is beautifully shot and fascinating. The guy collecting honey 40m up, the narwhal hunting, the compressor divers etc. Awesome stuff

I've loved this series.

Missed the first five minutes or so tonight. Rather impressed with the young girl climbing snow covered mountain and frozen river with her Father and Brother... On the school run!!

Though the Seal stuffed with birds in one of the early episodes made me retch.

Around 500 years they said! And they're continually building new ones. They were great. Really architecturally beautiful too.
