JB was an Essex (uni) Boy, also formerly a merchant banker, Director of a lobby firm and ran speaking / campaigning courses attended by many of his fellow MPs, so not short of a bob or two but there's no public information easily available about being short of a length as he was a junior number one at tennis not cricket.
