new hood "best material/fabric to use"

hi all

currently getting quotes for a new hood
what i'd like to know is whats the preferred material/fabric to use

on the quotes i have they mention

1) twill fast

2) mohair

3) duck

so whats best for my car

You may not get all the corners and crevices done as well with the alternatives, perhaps.
