1) Rainbow six: Vegas. Just awesome, made people work as a team rather than the lone gun style of CoD. Could be a bd at times though with spawn camping and glitches.

2) PGR. Its the game I first played on xbox live and met many a friend. Spent hours of drifting with 2 friends, GT's: analbeard and rusty bks hehe

3) Forza 3. PH races are excellent, some great banter and racing with people who want to race and not just crash into each other is nice.

4) CoD (zombies). So much better playing zombies with a couple of mates than just the normal team death matches with randoms.

5) Fifa 10. Used to love playing the club matches with friends, awkward shifts mean I can no longer join in.

5. TDU (excellent idea but felt it could have been so much better)
4. Warcraft (lost 3 months of my life to this, glad I never went past the trial period!)
3. COD2 or 3 (excellent fun, before the kids got too good at it and I died... a lot)
2. Forza 3 (some excellent evenings with mates have been lost to this game)
1. Doom (come on.. 1993/4, 1st-person multiplayer over dial-up... it was EPIC).

TDU (Just for the sheer roaming)
CoD: Modern Warfare/2 (Ease of play and satisfaction of noob killing)
Battlefield: Bad Company 2 (Possibly the best multiplayer game ever created IMO)
EvE (Again, roaming, but in space - frustrating, but very satisfying and a lot of time spent building up my craft)
CounterStrike: Source (HEADSHOT!!!)

It's much more than that. Take 5 of these there. Find me 3 of these. Kill 8 of those. Kill 1 of those and bring this there. Take 18 of these there. Bring me 9 of those. The possibilities are endless.

hehe

Second Life was an interesting "game" for 5 minutes. The highlight was discovering that you could "wear" (attach) anything to you. So rather than "wear" trousers and a jumper, I attached pelicans to my limbs in a 3D pelican suit. Then I attached a four poster bed to my left leg and a shed to the other leg - walking about with the bed and shed swinging with each stride (note that it's to scale so the bed and shed are much bigger than the character and filled the room, hiding other characters in the room in a bug-fuelled graphics clipping way) did amuse me for about 3 minutes. Then I uninstalled it.

hehe, There's not a lot too it really walk about kill some monsters, find bigger monster try kill it, die, go get some friends, go back kill big monster take all it's money items etc, get better gear with said money/items, go find bigger monster. biggrin

I like it, nice free roaming and I've got a good few mates that play it too so there's quite a lot of banter going on while we play.

Saturn Bomberman - Widescreen TV with 10 people all playing on one screen.
Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow - Still hasn't been equalled, 2 totally distinct teams and some of the best cat and mouse gameplay I've ever played.
PGR2 - First game I played on XBox live.
Unreal Tournament - Some great maps and memories of using both ISDN lines to improve my ping.
Planetside - Getting in with a group of people over voice comms, all bailing out of an aircraft at the same time to storm a tower (landing that inch-perfect jump to land on top of one of the towers, so you could assault the enemy from above and below) and generally feeling like a small cog in a much larger machine.
