Interesting you say that Plotloss. I have Cakewalk but I found it so difficult to get into and use.

As a result, I've neglected it and wondered whether it was just me who could'nt get the hang of it.

I have cakewalk, but I'm now on Garageband, which is much nicer and easier. A lot less on the feature front though.

Again, I dont want to sound stupid (although I sometimes can't help it) but can you create your own tunes and then burn them onto CD?

Can you extract parts of other CD's (for personal use obviously) and mix them with other tunes, again being able to burn to CD?
