I'm guessing you realy mean a sharp photo as that camera is likely way too many pixels for web use.
Use a tripod or high shutter speed, timed shot.
Shoot at neither extreem of the lenses focal range.
Shoot stopped down a bit from its maximum aperture.
Shoot raw.
Process properly with appropriate sharpening.

As most images on websites are no bigger than 800x600px, what do you need resolution for? You can take a 10Mb 4000x3000px JPG but nobody will wait to download it.
Main problem if you're photographing something that's rectilinear is keeping it rectilinear, ie no distortion. So I'd shoot it from at least 10 feet away.
Or if it's smaller than A4, a scanner as said.

My problem is that I am an amateur in photography but my son is a Graphic Artist and he would like a photo of our Family Arms I have tried to send him this and he says that the resolution is not good enough for him to use on his web site.
I have a Lumix TZ-TZ10 what am I doing wrong or as in the past when I have wished to have a photo published should I have someone who has a SLR do the photography or is it possible with my camera ?
