Temp 2 day car insurance - please help!

I'm sure this has been asked before but I need a quick repsonse.

Please can anyone recommend temp car insurance firms for 2 days cover?

Will your insurer add it to your policy?, unless the temp car is insured already in which case can you add yourself as a temporary driver?.

The car is insured anyway by the owner however there is a strange clause in the policy meaning no one under the age of 40 can be added as a named driver. Am I'm 30.
