My A3 developed a fault the other day. Didn't like accelerating, lots of vibrations going through the car, engine management light on. I took it to Audi in Brighton and explained the situation. The service advisor said it sounded like an ignition coil and went to have a look. He came back ten minutes later having checked the fault codes and fitted one new ignition coil. Just over £35 all in.

So, Stuart Mustchin at Brighton Audi, thank you very much for a brilliant and lightning fast bit of customer service.

Good service isn't shouted about as much as it should be so I thought I'd do my bit. smile
