Suspect Seating

Having whipped out the seats on my recently aquired V8S, to give the old girl a good Spring clean (I don't think that they'd been out since leaving Blackpool), I found that although the leather and vinyl were in great shape, the o/s plastic cover over the spring and back adjustment assembly was knackered and beyond repair. Does anyone know who the original manufacturers were or if there's any chance of finding a replacement item?. A small ticket on the underside says 'Cambro', but I can't trace the name - maybe the style of seat?. As I'm endeavouring to get the car back into original condition, I'd really appreciate any help with this. C.
