Have emailed this company numerous times re this seat and have had absolutely zero response back from them.
Has anyone else used them or know of anywhere else these seats are available?

I bought some discs and pads of them a couple of years ago, and paid extra for delivery - didn't get them for a couple of weeks - after numerous emails it urned out he didn't have them in stock - didn't seem to see it was a problem that he was selling things incl. extra charge for quick delivery when he didn't have them. Eventually I left a neutral feedback (and I was being generous) and got an extremely snotty reply back - haven't looked at his feedback in ages (and I believe eBay feedback rules have changed) but at the time a lot of his feedback was similar complaints, with similar replies. (BTW if I've transgressed the name and shame here, please delete - just a reply to a direct question)
