Right PH,

My right leg is realy getting on my wick. My thigh is slightly achey, my calf has borderline cramp, and my right foot is caning. Since my activity for the day has involved sitting in a boring meeting, plus about an hour of driving, I can't put it down to any physical excersise. In fact, all I can deduce is that my right leg has decided to be a proper gay to piss me off for the evening.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do to make my leg act like less of an tt?

Gump

PS - mods, if you really want this in health and bodybuilding, just delete it. That forum scares me.

Odd distribution for it, it sounds like it could be sciatica.

Either way get it moving, go for a walk.

Have you any inflamation in your foot?

It might be worth sticking 'gout symptoms' hrough the serach engines if you fancy some light reading?

Unlikely to be gout IMO, usually strikes in the joints in your fingers/toes/.

.
I also heard bananas and lots of warm drinks.
Plain warm water is incredibly good for you.

Thanks healthy types.

It has gone today, which is nice. I'm amazed at the "lack of aslt" bit though - wor lass is always telling me off for eating too much of the stuff.

In order to make sure it doesn't hapen again, I'm off for fish and chips.
