COD MW2 is dead, what next?

COD MW2 is hacked to st, can't even get a normal unhacked game, was on 3 hours last night and every game was fked.

I have black opps but can't get into it!

What other games would I enjoy (that are not hacked to st)

Nothing. Stick with Black Ops, it gets better when you've got the weapons all unlocked.

What do you mean by hacked? I was on earlier for a wee while and it was fine. (ps3)

Honestly, 3 hours and you couldn't get a normal game?
It takes me 1 or 2 attempts usually, never 3 hours!

My 11yo lad keeps going on about hackers and challenge lobbies and getting 'de-ranked' and I just look at him and nod knowingly.... However, WTF is it all about...??

I agree with the OP - to all intents and purposes, MW2 is now dead. It is way to easy to join a public lobby, to find that it has been hacked and is being run as a challenge lobby, thus completing all your remaining challenges. It can go the other way too, if a hacker doesn't like the look of you, they can take your challenges/titles away or de-rank you.

The fact that all of my stats are completely legit and I have never cheated to complete a challenge is the only thing keeping me playing MW2... if somebody screws it up I won't play it anymore.

Not sure about the wager-style matches in private lobbies either, if I wanted to play wager matches, I would play BlOps...

Bad Company 2, I used to play Mw1 alot and enjoyed that, enjoyed MW2 a bit but not as much. Not a fan of Black Ops but Bad company 2 is a different league. Veyr fun, massive maps and team work actually works.

I had the same problem as you. Once your in a hacked game you need to quit all the way back to the title screen or you will be stuck in them forever.

Is it only a certain game type you play that are all hacked? Like FFA all or something?

I dont like BO massively, I hate it by myself. But if i get bored of MW2 i just play COD 4 MW1, Fifa, Fallout.

Ive only been in a hacked lobby on COD 4.

I have both and they compliment each other quite nicely tbh. If you want run and gun then black ops is great but for more teamwork then bad company is the way to go. The vietnam add on is great.
