Hi all just after some info on 16" Estoril wheels.What sort of money do they go for these days ive seen 5 spokes on ebay barely made £100 a set.Have the prices really dropped that much

I would have thought 16" would be very popoular, with people replacing 15" fronts with rears. It's taken me ages to get a pair of 16" Imolas (I paid £40 a wheel,which have I've just had refurbished £60 per wheel) and I'm after a pair of 16" OZ split rims which I would get refurbished aswell.

The few sets I've seen for sale (and sold) certainly command far higher prices than the more common 5 spoke Imola's but 300 for a pair sounds a bit ambitious ?

time will tell !

I dont need any more ive got at least four 16" estorils and i think three 16" imolas and two15" imolas

I saw those in the classifieds i think they are overpriced though

Got some goodyear f1 in 16" 225 x 45 well i think they were 225 but they might be wider

There's a set of somewhat kerbed Estorils in the classifieds which have just been substantially reduced and are still up for £600. There again, they've been there since autumn...

Maybe their rarity does justify the premium, but at that price I'd rather stick some (vastly cheaper) Imolas on if I went for a factory look.

5 spoke imolas have always been cheap as they're more plentiful.

Estorils however have always commanded a premium as they're rarer and as mentioned above the 16" have been bought to put on the fronts.

A few years ago when I was looking for a set I had to pay £500 for a full set just to get the 16" wheels, I then managed to sell the four 15" wheels I had individually for about £320 in total.

Prices seem have softened a bit recently as a set on ebay recently didn't sell at £299.

That said when well known breakers are askeing £200 for a single 16" wheel any full set in the £300 range seems like a bargain to me.
