Lightroom help, hints and tips.

Hi everyone.

I have just installed Lightroom (I met up with someone who uses it as his main photo editing software and he showed me the basics and I thought I needed to try it out) but have no real idea how to do the majority of what it can do. Does anyone have any links to websites for tutorials or recomendations for any decent books that I could use to teach myself.

If anyone wants to briefly describe the basics then that would also be a great help.

I used "Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 2 - Classroom in a Book". I assume there is an updated version out for Lightroom 3. It totally changed the way I use Lightroom (developed initially through trial-and-error) and streamlined my post-processing regime. I went right through the book, following all the CD lessons. A fair investment in time which I feel though, was really worth it. Definitely recommended.
