Hi Harilaha.

Don't forget the Tuscan only has about 100mm ground clearance so you may be catching the sump guard bolts on speed bumps (or maybe the exhaust tail pipes?). This could account for the sound you hear.

If you are still worried then mention it to the supplying dealer and get it checked at its first service (I assume from your post that the car is 4 weeks old so due its first service soon).

Regards,

Plipton

Thank you Plipton, for the fast answer.

The first service is already done.Yesterday.

The problem was today noticeable to me.
Isn`t a sequence error from the inspection, i believe (hope so).

The vehicle has no ground contact.I `ve tested with only one wheel to drive on a curb and somewhere underneath comes the "crack"-noise.

someone has an idea??

again sorry for my english.

It sounds like there is something loose underneath somewhere.

Unless you can look yourself, you will need to take it back to the dealer. It is the only way.

Then post on here what the outcome is!

My thoughts too. As the car has only started making this noise since the service I suspect (although I have no idea what or why) the dealer has undone something and forgotten to tighten it.

If not, then perhaps something has broken. In either case if you can't find it easily then it should go back to the dealer.

Good luck.

PS. Nice to hear from our European freinds

Hi,

my dealer looked under the car and determined, that the srews which are holding the chassis on the frame a reason for the noise is.By twisting the chassis (rolling a curb f example) its possible and he said thats really harmless.

Naja ,all the same.
