Trying to eat a bit better currently and actually swapped out crisps for fruit today. A lot more refreshing and feel better for it. Today was a sandwich, fruit and some Pepsi. The Pepsi's getting the boot in favour of cool water. Sarnies will be swapped in and out as and when.

Looking for more ideas on what would be filling and healthy to keep the trend.

What does everyone else do for lunch in the office?

I have a resturant in my building so had a soup, salad and peach crumble with custard.

You could certainly take soup to work in a thermos and/or make up your own salad.

Some thermos do a wide mouth version for chunky soups, stews, curry, chilli etc etc

My wife always takes a packed lunch. Normally a pot of salad, pasta salad, frozen soup she microwaves and a bit of bread.
