Brake hoses

Silly question, I just got my braided hoses from goodridge, they are the right kit metric (x6) but the lengths are slightly longer for the shorter pairs than either the existing rear flexis or the short looped ones on the front calipers. I assume the shortest goes on the front and the middle length on the rear. Could someone whos fitted these confirm (note I haven't got the front ones off the car yet).

I'm also going to have to change the fittings on the pipe as mine was imperial on the rear (sods law)

I changed my Goodridge two pipe set up on the front for a single very long pipe (as per Chimaera) a much tidier set up, anyway, the pipes I now have spare measure up at 17 1/2" (the long one) and 10 1/2". thats measuring from the very ends of each pipe

Do you have a flexible hose from the servo to the caliper now then?

As i'm renovating the S at the moment I was wondering about replacing the brake pipes.

No, not that long !

It just does away with the little wiggly metal pipe down by the hub carrier, so the flexible goes from the same bracket on the chassis all the way to the caliper.
