GT5 - circuits won't load to hard drive ?

Keep trying to install the circuits onto the PS3 but it keeps getting to '35 seconds to go' and then freezes.

Has anybody else had this problem or is my PS3 a duffer ?

Sony time is even less accurate than Microsoft time.
