There's no signal on the usual channel. Have they changed frequency? There's nothing on their website...

ETA I assume it's not me as neither TV or PVR are receiving. Could be a local transmitter issue I guess.

All other channels OK? Maybe try a retune, there was something on the radio about having to do this on two dates.

All other channels are fine and I don't think I can retune just one so I'll have to redo the custom order too. Bugger...

it's the last MUX on the transmitter (COM6 ArqB).

In reality, a few other channels will have moved, but very few channels that most people would want to what are on that Mux!

Just do a retune, easiest option.

I can't get Film 4 or 4 Music on Freeview.

Did a re-scan and hasn't made any difference.

I cannot get Film 4 or 4Music on the usual channels of 14 and 18 on Freeview, however I can get them on channels 812 and 801 respectively - which is very annoying.

I think it's something to do with the Mendip transmitter.

Anyone know a fix for this?

Manual tuning; will post the exact frequencies in a minute.

What kit do you have?

Anyway basically you need to delete all of the existing channels and add them again.

See here.
