PS3 - Volume much louder than Sky on Samsung LCD

Hi all, I have a Samsung LCD TV that is connected via HDMI to my Skybox and in separate HDMI port to my PS3. The audio is played through the HDMI on the TV.
However, when I change the source on the TV from the Sky box to the PS3, the volume increases dramatically.
Is there a way to fix this?
