I know as a hobby it may be interesting to build - but over a period of 85 weeks at the cost of £6.99 per issue, is it worth it?

You could purchase an actual car to commute in for that money.

loved the idea of this, but agreed. as a total cost it's a pisstake.

I often wonder about the attrition rate of these magazines. What percentage of the last copy do they print compared to the first?

And, no. I won't be buying it.

I expect you can buy a similar kit or fully built model for much less. Never been convinced by these. It's going to take forever to build it too!

These are sometimes a scam. You pay for a fair few and get lots of cheap bits then the magazine just stops, leaving you looking like a fool.

Just by a decent model if you want one. Exoto make lots of lovely examples.

You can buy 6 top end Autoarts for that, more if you shop around on ebay etc, and get an actual set of cars which are built well and have boxes, that Aston looks cheap if you ask me, and i doubt they will make all the issues, leaving people with an unfinished waste of money.
