Oil Leak SP6

[SP6 Animal]

Car has developed a small oil leak near scavenger oil tank i think that's what you call it.
Looks to me that the whole of the front of the engine needs removing to reseal with silicone.
2 pictures not that good im afraid.


Can the cover be re sealed with engine in i fear a large bill coming?
