Not sure if this has been done before but.

Whats your ultimate dream dinner party? Food and Guests.
Guests can be alive or from the past.

Food: Just minimum of 3 courses

Guests: maximum of 6

Liza Tarbuck, Michael Palin, Emma Bunton, Stephen Fry, and Penny Smith.

Pea & ham soup for the starter, followed by fillet steak with frites and mange tout, and creme brulee for dessert. Cheese board as well.

Pol Roger 'Cuvee Sir Winston' for aperitifs

Smoked wild salmon from the West of Ireland- served with a white Domaine de Chevalier

Pheasant casserole - served with a nice Chambolle Musigny

Mature Comte cheese - served with a Vin Jaune from the Jura

Perfect creme brûlée - served with a Tokaji Essencia

1963 Cockburn's with walnuts

Me and my late Dad. Lager for me and bitter for him. Steak and chips for both of us, Dad never did fancy food.

Top man, personal taste and all that. I'll stick to foie gras and vin jaune or Comte with a decent claret though. thumbup

Starter: Jamie Olivers sticky scallops
Main: Beer Can duck cooked on the Weber,sticky Boston Ribs and a small assortment of veg and rice
Sweet: New York Cheesecake
End game: various cheeses (& very runny camembert), fine port and a cigar for Winnie and Liz etc
Very end game: Manhattans and more Krug

Blimey, I'm going to look a little down market with my suggestion of The Saturdays, 20 bottles of lambrini and a plate full of rohypnol canapes then. . . . . . getmecoat
