Where is this road?

First off I am not condoning the driving in this video; I just wanted to know where this road is. It looks epic?

I suspect somewhere in Japan but I will leave it to you more international types to better inform me.

Yep, Genting Highlands... my regular drive up there every year with the in-laws to the Theme Park.

It gets a bit wilder near the top as the roads narrow and the coaches coming down the other side, presumably with the clutch down to avoid any limiters judging by the speed.
