AWD Best in any car?

With regard to the OP's question - absolutely not. I would have 4WD if I needed to drive the car off road on gravel, mud, snow etc. For tarmac use, I'll take 2WD every time.

With regard to the OP's question - absolutely not. I would have 4WD if I needed to drive the car off road on gravel, mud, snow etc. For tarmac use, I'll take 2WD every time.
The "Great handling and an all round superb car" comment next to the Citroen AX in your profile did raise a smile though...
