Have I lost my downloaded packs?

Well my xbox finally broke, so I got one of the new slim ones. I ordered a transfer cable and it came the other day. My inpatient and idiotic brother somehow managed to wipe the data completely, which has lost all of my Forza garage, events and money

I'm most worried about the car packs which I paid for, and when I bought Forza, I bought the Limited collectors edition, which the extra cars.

I haven't played Forza since, in case I need to do anything to get them back. Will I still have my downloaded packs, and the LCE cars?

If they're not on the HDD then Marketplace will remember that you have previously bought them - you'll just have to download them again.
