quick question

Hi All
following on from a thread i started about LPG and the congestion charge i think i'm going to opt for a prius (I know i know) but for what i want (a 25 mile round trip into the center of london) its probably the best car to do it in. can someone tell me if all of these models (1998) are free of the charge
