How do I hide a screw hole in a plastic front bumper?
Discussion
I've ordered a cut down number plate for my car (its a 6 character number plate), and the new plate will be about 33cm long. However, having taken off my old number plates today, I noticed the screw holes are quite far apart...38cm apart actually!
The new plate will be held on by sticky pads so fixing isn't an issue, but does anyone have a tidy solution to hiding the holes? The best I can think of is using a little plastic grommet/dome type thing and paint the caps with touch up paint but I've got no idea where to get some? Any other solutions - I can't be the only one with this problem!

Unless the number has a few 1's in it, it will be bigger than 33cm.
Unless it's illegal?
Perfectly legal, the number on the plate is 11 so nice and short Unless it's illegal?

Get a replacement numberplate screw set from Halfords.
They come with yellow/black screw caps.
You have a black car, luckily, so use the black ones
I'm a bit reluctant to put screws back in as getting the old one's out was a nightmate - of the 4 old screws, two has rusted away due to the little caps not sealing properly. I tried for 20 mins then took the car to Honda and it took one of the mechanics about 25 mins to get the screws out! They come with yellow/black screw caps.

They look like the right kind of thing, just need to work out what size hole is. Not sure if they would sell me 2 though!Does anyone know if B&Q would stock something like this?
