GT5 - fezza F1 cars
Discussion
the 2007 F1 car is 2.5 million credits more than the 2010 car. is the 2007 car that much quicker? or is it purely because in 2007 ferrari won the championship?
still yet to have a polyphony, how does this compare to the 2 f1 cars?
also - anyone think GT5 seems smaller than GT4? there are no manufacturer championships like in the old game. i've just got to the endurance stages but even so, appears small. that said, i can't be f
ked with B-spec....
cheers,
Ross.

B-spec gives you loads of different prize cars including things like the F40, Zonda R, Toyota 7 etc. Level 35 b-spec also gives you a free Redbull X2010... Which makes the F1 cars look like formula fords.
There are also the special events, licences, the new seasonal events (there are about 30 of these and more to come).
And although you won't earn credits or xp you can do single make races in arcade mode.

i dont think you can even use the Fezza F1 cars in A or B spec either, only in practice?
even in the races with no limitations? seems a bit silly....? please can someone who has these cars confirm it...don't fancy buying it otherwise!! if not, i might get an R10 TDI
The 2007 car would be the V10 with a lot more aero aids on it. As a result I would imagine it would be quite a bit quicker than the V8 with less power and less downforce. I don't own either yet so can't say for sure, but if it is accurate I could understand the 2007 car being quicker and therefore more expensive.

I thought the V10's were outlawed in 2005 and ran in 2006 only if you had a restrictor on it

One things for sure they will both be undriverble if the formular gt is anything to go by . See what richard hamond went through now . I can put in a lap or two but any sort of consistancy and iv got to whack the driving aids on *shame on me*
Just a note... if your having trouble in the FGT I wouldn't bother with the X2010... it's sooooo much faster. I crashed it on the very first corner I attempted... straight into a barrier 10yrds from the apex, on the inside!. I think it could actually turn on a sixpence if you put on on the floor in front of it

the formula GT car is much, much improved over the GT4 version, mainly because of the gearbox which is much quicker (for some reason, i prefer the auto on this car, but use manual shifting on all other cars....maybe it's because it gets through the gears too quick
)the formula GT series is bloody hard too! i'm struggling to get ahead of 1st place after a few laps of fuji!
i really wanted that F1 car, but seems a waste of money now. i can't imagine the forula gran turismo is much slower? yet you can use that in most races....?
