Buy it and love it.
I rebuilt an Elan +2 130/4 some years ago and, with a completely standard, carefully sorted engine, got 105bhp at the rear wheels; that felt quick, and not many were that powerful.
150bhp suggests some lumpy cams and a bit of extra compression, but I bet if it's been done well, it'll be a cracker!
