Tracking down the last owner

I bought a 54 plate Megane at auction on Monday which had been PX'd at an Audi dealer. It's in great shape and looks like it's been well looked after but I am missing some paperwork and spare key. I know at auction cars are sold as seen etc, however I was wondering if it was possible to find out the name and address of the previous owner (before the V5 comes back in about 3 months time) so that I could ask if they had the spare key/any paperwork? Reg is KC54 XYE if anyone can help me

The auction house probably have them. Very common for them to not pass stuff like that along, well basically because they are crap.

The V5 ought to have the previous owners' name and address on it, but it shouldn't take 3 months.
