Let's hope they have some previously unseen Gerald Wiley scripts.

It looked good until I saw James Corden was in it.

I was going to watch it, although its a bit sad without the LEGEND that is Ronnie Barker! Now you've just told me that Cordens in it I won't bother!

Anybody else see that unseen before sketch at the hotel reception last night. Totally brilliant, and was amazed Barker only fluffed it near the end. biggrin

You should watch it, if only for the fantastic Blackberry sketch!

No it's on Christmas day, before Dr Who.

So you're going to miss what could be a great show just because Corden will be in a few scenes. Just close your eyes when he's on FFS biggrin

If the whole show was about/starring Corden then yes, I would share your sentiments but it's the One Ronnie, not the One Corden. smile

Corden was passable.
Lucas & Walliams were their usual standard.
Harry Enfield & Miranda Hart seemed the best "foils" to me.

Whatever you're posting on, i'd get it checked as you're making multiple posts of the same reply.

I was distinctly underwhelmed by this, it was built up to be so much more - but the best bits were shown in the previews IMO.

I thought it was very, very weak indeed. The fruit shop sketch had promise but it all seemed very tired, stilted and weak.

I thought it was watchable - he doesn't seem in too bad shape for 80.

All too predictable, the bits I saw. Which was a shame as I was looking forward to that.
