Goose storage...

I'd be concerned hanging a goose in the garage with it -10 outside.
If you then bring it in and cook it whilst its still frozen and your goose will not be cooked.
This is a regular occurence up here in the Highlands. I usually have pheasants hanging in the garage, feathers on, so some insulation. They only go solid at extreme temps. If you then bring it in and cook it whilst its still frozen and your goose will not be cooked.
At the -10c range they appear ok but when skinning them there are fine ice crystals throughout the flesh.
I would take it in the night before to be sure.
Picking mine up on Wednesday, will be sticking it in the garage in a coolbox to keep the mice out, forecasted temperatures are 4 deg max so it should be fine as that's the same as a domestic fridge, will be doing similar with all the booze.
Need to make sure any meat is at room temperature before cooking though.

In other words your 'goose will be cooked' because it isn't! If you then bring it in and cook it whilst its still frozen and your goose will not be cooked.
