A few years back I had a couple of toe-nails that had fungus. I stubbed one of the toes and the nail came off, and voila, a new nail grew back good as new!

So I did some home surgery with stanley knife and pliers and took the other one off. It grew back perfectly too.

Now thinking of doing some more home surgery. Got the odd skin tag here and there, that I am contemplating cutting off with scissors.

Anyone else had home surgery experiences?

also, taking a molar out isn't as hard as you'd imagine.

Circular saws a good way of removing unwanted finger or toe nails if you keep having these problems. Only stings for a few weeks afterwards.

I've done my own skin tags, best to catch them early and just twist them off.

use thread and tie tight...necroses the flesh and they fall off...or cryo stuff on them like for warts..

With skin tags just get a piece of cotton and tie it off. That shouldn't go too wrong! Don't just cut it off as they can have very good blood supplies.

used to have ingrowing toenails, was in some hotel and was fking sore, so foot in the bath with the cold on to numb it, needle nose pliers down the hole and pulled it out, bleed a bit but stopped it hurting for long enough for me to drive home
