I thought they were nineteens on the Stradale. But anyone know the widths?
I'm pretty sure the wheels aren't *exactly* the same. They're very similar, but not the same.
I have two shots that show the two wheels from similar angles that I'll try and post to show what I mean.
The CS wheels look nicer in my opinion, and seeing them on a 360 Coupe they really do make the car look much better than std. rims - so much so that I think the majority of the CS visual improvements are from the wheels.

Thanks Andy, I did a simlar comparison with these rims but on pictures off the car and couldn't see much difference, still don't know dimensions though.
I think the way the pic's been taken on the CS looks a better one than the Spider, also the car looks like it's sitting so much nicer..
Alot can make the cars look different though, like ride height, rim offset, tyres, Spider vs Modena etc etc..
I'd like to see the BBS's on a Modena with 19" if they fit.
BTW, anyone know what the wheel dimensions are on a standard 360 Modena, front and rear??

Kev,
Good to see you and parking next to you at VMAX chap..how's the car running?? Looked top dog..
This might help,
www.miata.net/garage/offset.htm
or..

even..

I wonder if the Stradale rims fit straight on a standard 360 Modena, they must do? Or even, how easy is it to fit the BBS CH's on one if they're not the ones the Stradale use.. Maybe that's why the rims for sale at Verdi's are so expensive..

Just to clear up potential confusion - there are three different wheels here:
1. BBS CH Wheel.
2. Ferrari 360 CS Wheels (made by BBS for Ferrari) -the spider in pics above
3. Ferrari 360 Challenge Wheel (made by BBS for Ferrari) - the coupe in pics above
1. Is not a Ferrari part - apparently not "suitable" for Ferrari and not made in a Ferrari fitment (to my knowledge).
2. 19" wheel for the CS. It's a road wheel and unless you've got a CS forget about getting a set anytime soon. If you DO have a CS you have to show your damaged wheel to them to get a replacement. We managed to get a few sets of these but foolishly sold them not knowing just how valuable they were... Ferrari don't want "normal" 360s to have 'em.
3. An 18" competition rim as per the 360 Challenge RACE car. Probably the best of the lot - the lightest, the strongest and (to me) the best looking. 18" apparently mean loads more slick/wet/race tyre combos are available. These are the business... for "RACING USE" They were amazingly difficult to get but we've got sources now - put a LOAD on road cars....
The last two have Ferrari part numbers and will fit any 360.... To make 'em look better we drop the rear suspension a touch - looks a touch more like the Challenge racers and as the suspension is adjustable - it's just a bit more labour.
