Was just going through some old photos on my phone and found this. Now, quick question, does this count as an unsecured load and what is the punishment for it. Before anybody asks, we checked around and there wasn't so much a rubber band holding the car on, it was literally just slung on the back...

We followed him for a good couple of miles (at a distance for obvious reasons) and the thing was bouncing all over the place...
