I've bought my mate a copy of BC2 for christmas, secondhand, then realised the VIP will have already been used. Can it be re-used, or will he have to fork out and pay for it on live?
You'll need to pay for it. The entire point of the VIP codes is to try and give people an incentive to buy new games rather than pre-owned, so the codes cannot be reused.
I`m in the same boat, game was a tenner used..bit of a bummer no VIP but the expanded content is pretty sizable now along with the Vietnam add on so it`s gotta be worth bagging..
