My first PH spot - White BMW, Spalding, Lincs this morning

I spotted my first PH sticker on a car this morning (BliarOut, I remember seeing you earlier in the year but that was a cycling jersey 
). Actually, was it you in your car Bliar?
It was on the back of a quite new white BMW (1 series I think, well I was tired at 7.25 this morning), and was heading off Winsover road in Spalding. Time was around the above.
So, who was it? The car looked lovely and clean too.
I was behind in my frozen up Mazda 3 sport, at the lights near that well know Pizza chain.
