GT5 - Momo Racing Wheel
Discussion
It's very unlikely that anyone in the world, let alone on this forum, can really help but here goes...
I have the black Momo Racing wheel and pedals:

I have to use the GT Force option in GT5 because the game doesn't reference this exact wheel, which works, but the force feedback is at maximum setting and there is no way to reduce it or turn it off that I can see. The 1-10 FFB setting makes no difference.
It's like wrestling a bear.
If I unplug the wheel from the mains, I no longer have force feedback (which is good because I hate it) but then am fighting the unpowered motor inside which makes any quick steering correction a lost cause. It also takes over steering when I slide, as though some kind of skid control is turned on - yet it is off in the game options.
With any luck Polyphony may patch the game so it recognises the wheel, but I very much doubt it. It was an expensive purchase back in the day and is a great piece of kit.
Any ideas?
