Nissan x trail. What to watch out for.

I am helping a friend look at the 2.5 petrol one in the morning.

Does anyone know of any common problems to look out for?

Internet search seems to hint at a few issues related to the turbo on the diesel but not much else.

Any help wil be much appreciated.
