Got to say, very impressed with this.

I like exercise (despite being overweight hehe ), but usually lack direction or motivation.

I despise going to gyms, and money is tight at the moment so don't want to commit to a year of gym membership.

Active Sports cost me £65 with the heart rate monitor (so two months gym membership equivalent) and is actually really good, once you get over yourself looking like a cock and running on the spot in front of the TV screen.

Anyone else got this product, and what do you think? I know it is not for everyone - but I have to say I am very impressed.

Have now dropped a stone over the past 3 weeks dieting and excercising with it biggrin

a stone in 3 weeks? thats a huge amount and not overly healthy. Make sure you are still drinking a lot and not going too crazy with things.
