Vanguard tripod QS-29 quick-shoe seller needed

I'm looking for a Vanguard QS-29 quick-shoe but nobody seems to sell them in Ireland and the only ones I can find on ebay, etc is in America with a seller who won't post to here.

Do any of you know anyone who sells them?
