There is a clue in the 'paid 37 hours a week' line... what about the unpaid time done by plenty of public sector workers? Ask your local planning officers how many hours they put in or a district nurse (say)...

Issac is right, not to mention ALL the pointless
courses they go on , they seem to be more interested that they get the correct free meal & travel expenses than the course .
