teeter are supposed to the best.

I always wanted to try one to alleviate neck and back pain. Also supposed to be very good for doing inverted sit ups and other body weight bearing exercise without damaging ones back.

Thanks, it is for lower back pain, degenerative disc disorder, just prolonging the op and managing the pain for now.

I would want a decent one - being hung upside down on a frame is not the best place to be when it collapses.

There are often some on eBay.

nothing constructive to add other than i used one a few times and it worked for me. i spent a lot of money at a chiropractor and only had limited results there.
two sessions on an inversion table worked wonders for me.oly works for certain ailments but worth a try
