PS3 Private Game problems

It would appear that after accepting the recent new terms and conditions on the PS Network earlier this week, I now am unable to join any private games on any game. I can get onto the network and play as normal, but when it comes to a private game it appears I'm unable to join them when I get an invite. With GT5 upcoming this could be a bit of a nuisance.

Anyone know how this could be fixed?

Are you using the main account or a sub account?

I can only think sub accounts may have parental controls blocking some parts of online gaming.
