A good Polish

I clean my car about once a week, but it always seem dirty the day after. I usually use Turtle Wax Colour Magic (Black) to finish off the paint work.
If its dry out, my car seems to gather dust very quickly when driving, which is really annoying.

Are there any products to stop the dust sticking so quickly?

I prefer the Autoglim Resin stuff, doesn't seem to attract to dust

I think it's static build up in the GRP that attracts dust. Make sure you use 100% cotton polishing cloths - I bought some cheap ones, which are a mix with man-made fibres, and the fibres cling to the bodywork after I've polished it! Some polishes claim to reduce static cling....

Auto glym shampoo, leather it off, AG polish, cotton clothes and AG polish protector. Seems to work fine.

Nubbin, nice theory except I don't think that Vauxhall made many Astras in GRP...

The type of cloth makes all the difference when polishing but then dark cars seem to show dust and road grime much quicker anyway, depending of course, where they are kept and driven.
