Creation of a logo - can anyone help?

Hi all,

I'm currently working on a uni business project in which my team are creating a 'company' which manufactures and sells an electrically powered car jack, which has been named the 'Quick Stand'. Is there any way anyone could mock up a logo to go with this for me? All I am thinking is maybe half a cars wheel which fades out and has 'Quick Stand' in text next to it.

Kind of like this:


But obviously not in paint and slightly better. Not fussed about wheel design or text style or colour really. Anything remotely professional looking will do.

I'll buy a virtual pint for anyone who can help!

I was thinking the S & C in Black and the R in gold or something, but have no idea how to put them together (SCR is abbreviation of co name)

Embossing and inner shadows tend not to work with logos.
I think the first one wasnt too bad, just needs the spokes of the wheel lined up properly.

Wow I have to say I'm amazed at the response, thank you very much guys! I wish I had the skills to be able to come up with something like that! Asking a graphical design student would have been a good idea but there's no need considering the response here!

I'm at Nottingham doing Computer Science and Management Studies. I'm doing a module called entrepreneurship and business though where you have to come up and present a new business idea.

If I could find someone to prepare a trio by Thursday what would that be worth? Only one more instrument to add - how difficult could it be?
