Wait for the headlines... "Motorists are racist" After thorough investigation we found out that 80% of children in the Brixton area involved in RTAs were of ethnic minority background. This is an obvious attack from the motorist on ethnic minorities and must be quelled. Upon further investigation it was discovered that the percentage of ethnic minority RTAs would be reduced by cutting the speed limit down to 5mph throughout the whole of the Brixton/Tooting area. It'll happen...

As an ethnic minority (but only just - these days) living in Cyprus I nearly fell off me chair when I heard what is going on in the House of Representatives here. Currently, fornt seat belts must be worn and SOME people do SOME of the time. The proposal was that this was extended to rear s/belts. The Opposition claimed that this was prejudical to large families who would have to choose which 3 of their children would be endangered and which 3 would wear belts. Does it not occur to these people that driving 8-up might be dangerous/illegal in itself! The Association of Large families (I kid you not) then suggested that large families should be entitled to Duty Free large cars! Come back Parliament, all (well nearly all) is forgiven!
